Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities Board Members Needed

The Franklin/Fulton MH/ID/EI program is in need of the following Board positions:

Residents of Franklin County

• Community Group (ID); this could include an individual receiving services and/or a family member of an individual receiving services.
• Community Group (MH); this could include an individual receiving services and/or a family member of an individual receiving services.
• Physician/Psychiatrist

Residents of Fulton County 

• Local Health & Welfare Planning Organization; For example, Hospital, Planning Council, Community Health Needs Assessment Committee, United Way, Health provider.
