DESCRIPTION:Franklin County\, in conjunction with All Cleaned Out Junk Removal\, invites Franklin County residents to recycle old\, unused tires at this one-day event. \nPlease note: \n\nThis is a first-come\, first-served event.\nThere is a 20 tire limit per household\nTires on rims will not be accepted.\nTires full of debris such as concrete\, mud and water will not be accepted.\nPre-registration is required\, along with payment\, by Friday\, April 4.\n\nRegular vehicle tires (up to 35″ in height): $1 per tire\nTires measuring 36-47″ in height: $2 per tire\nTires measuring 48″ in height or higher: $15 per tire\n\n\nNo refunds.\n\nREGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED. \nFor more information\, contact the Franklin County Planning Department at 717-261-3855 or planning@franklincountypa.gov.
