The Fiscal Department provides comprehensive Fiscal services to all functions of County Government and is the primary financial office of Franklin County.
Grants Management, County Budget Development and Administration, Budget in Brief, Single Audit and Financial Compliance, General Ledger Development and Maintenance, Accounts Payable Functions, as well as a variety of ongoing special projects and Federal and State Mandated Reporting.
