ICE Issues Franklin County Pennsylvania an Apology, Acknowledges Error

Franklin County officials received a phone call today from ICE officials apologizing for inaccurately placing Franklin County on the ICE list for non-cooperating counties.

ICE officials acknowledged that no new detainers had been issued to Franklin County the week of the report and the three detainers in place that week were appropriately handled.
