The job of the Human Resource Generalist-Organizational Development is to establish strategies to include training and development programs. This position works collaboratively at organization and division levels to ensure business planning, performance monitoring and performance management processes
Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field. Three (3) to five (5) years working experience in Human Resources, for a County government preferred, or any combination of acceptable training/experience. PHR Certification preferred.
