High School Diploma or equivalent plus training in real estate appraisal required.  Must possess or be able to obtain a Certified PA Evaluation License within 2 years.  Five (5) years working experience in appraisal of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate; or any combination of appropriate education, work experience and training.
