Records all documents pertaining to land records, deeds, mortgages, etc. and handles the probate of estates for executors or administrators

Responsible for enforcement of laws throughout the county as well as serving warrants and other legal documents, providing court security and transportation of prisoners.

Acts as the primary agent on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the sale of certain licenses and permits.
