Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment Regarding Data Centers

The Franklin County Commissioners invite residents to a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the county’s existing subdivision and land development ordinance (SALDO) to establish regulations for data centers in Franklin County. The hearing will be held in conjunction with the commissioners’ regularly scheduled public board meeting.

The proposed amendment is available for review online here or at the commissioners’ office. Feedback can be submitted through the county’s public comment form.
