Public Comment Period On Magisterial District Reestablishment Report

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – The 39th Judicial District Court of Common Pleas has released a Magisterial District Reestablishment Report for a 30-day public review and comment period.
This report outlines the guidelines and recommendation for the magisterial districts in the 39th Judicial District – Franklin County branch. The proposed reestablishment plan must be posted for public comment before submission to the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC). Interested parties have 30 days from the publishing date to submit written comments to the District Court Administrator:
