President Judge Shawn D. Meyers invites the public to celebrate the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution at this special ceremony.

The theme of this year’s event is “From Many, One.” The United States Constitution protects the rights of all, ensuring access to justice for those with special needs. With that in mind, we will be joined by citizens who have exercised their rights in our courts and review how our courts meet their special needs. The Honorable Jennifer Rogers, Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas, has been a champion of the rights of children and the disabled and will offer her thoughts on how our Constitution works for all of us.
