Franklin County Election Board Announces Activity Schedule For Nov. 3 Election

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Election Board/Return Board will meet at the following dates and time in the Franklin County Administration Building, 272 N. Second St., Chambersburg, to commence to compute and canvas the returns of the General Election and to perform Official Count duties.

Process Election Day ballots	November 3, 2026	Room 824	8 pm – completion
Canvas mail-ins received on Election Day	November 4, 2026	Room 824	3-4 pm
Convene for Official Count	November 6, 2026	Room 824	9 am – completion
Process military absentees and provisional ballots	November 10, 2026	Room 824	1-2 pm
