Franklin County To Host Prominent Financial Planner For Retirement Workshops

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – The Franklin County Area Agency on Aging is pleased to welcome nationally recognized financial expert Jacqueline Schadeck for a series of free seminars for those who are retired or planning for retirement. 

Schadeck will present, “Retirement Roadmap: Map Your Money, Master Your Retirement” at four Franklin County senior activity centers July 28. Schadeck is a certified financial planner and has been a contributor for CNBC, PBS, ABC News and other national and regional media outlets. 

During these hour-long sessions, Schadeck will discuss smart strategies for budgeting and managing inflation, estate planning basics and practical answers to retirement and financial questions. Attendees will learn how to make the most of their money in retirement as well as receive answers to questions regarding Social Security, outliving their savings and leaving a legacy. 

Sessions will be offered at the following times and locations: 

  • Chambersburg: 600 Norland Ave., Suite 11 – 9-10 a.m. 
  • Waynesboro: 11359 Anthony Highway – 10:30-11:30 a.m. 
  • Tuscarora: 11300 Fort Loudon Road, Mercersburg – 12:30-1:30 p.m. 
  • Greencastle: 10615 Antrim Church Road – 2-3 p.m.
