In working with her, I see how she supports the families on her caseloads, and I admire her commitment. She is thorough, friendly and open-minded. She treats everyone with kindness and respect. She is compassionate with her peers and resourceful.”
“Giana is a hard worker and continues to help out families in need,” said another nomination. “She shows why she deserves to be chosen [for Employee of the Month] as she comes in daily and goes above and beyond in her work each day.”
Johnson’s outstanding characteristics are attributes that have not gone unnoticed by her peers. Those who work alongside her describe her as focused, professional, knowledgeable, resilient, caring, helpful, conscientious, dependable, remarkable, courageous, trusting, hardworking and goal oriented. Johnson is also described as someone who goes above and beyond for each person, maintains a professional attitude even during a crisis, and is calm under stressful situations.
