New Franklin County Local Criminal Rules Of Procedure Regarding Electronic Transmittal of Transcripts, Associated Documents

On April 24, 2026, the Honorable Shawn D. Meyers, President Judge of the 39th Judicial District, signed an order indicating the Franklin County Branch of the 39th Judicial District has adopted the following local rules of criminal procedure: 39th Jud. Dist. Rules Crim. P. 135, 460, and 547.

These new rules are effective August 1, 2026.
