Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment Regarding Data Centers

The Franklin County Commissioners invite residents to a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the county’s existing subdivision and land development ordinance (SALDO) to establish regulations for data centers in Franklin County.

The proposed amendment is available for review online here or at the commissioners’ office. Feedback can be submitted through the county’s public comment form.

The public hearing will be live streamed through the county’s YouTube page.
